If for any reason in your absolute discretion you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return it for a replacement, or for a money back refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). We offer this as a gesture of good faith. Like we said, if we weren’t convinced you’d love the product, we’d be going broke offering this guarantee. ;)
Refunds are under a “no questions asked” policy in order to make it easy on our customers. Although we’d like to know the reason for your request so we can make any necessary adjustments, you are not required to explain or give a reason for your request for a refund.
Products returned to us must be received within 30 days of purchase in order to qualify for this guarantee.
Our guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear on the denture or damage caused to the denture or your health due to improper use of our product. Refunds for orders purchased with a credit card or with PayPal will be issued via the original payment method. Refunds include the base purchase price and tax, and do not include shipping and handing fees (our shipping fee is at-cost or below, and our handling fee is $3). Replacements are limited to one additional shipment of the product.
